RAGHAVENDHIRA CR FACULTY OF COMPOSITION/PRODUCTION ARTS/WESTERN VOCALS Pianist | Film Score Composer | Singer | Songwriter | Operatic Tenor | Apple Certified Pro A versatile and accomplished artist, his notable works include background scores for critically acclaimed films such as Ratchasan and Adhiran. He has collaborated with renowned composers in Kollywood, including Ghibran, C. Sathya, and Vishal Chandrasekhar. His experimental compositional style often incorporates jazz and atonal elements, showcasing his unique approach to music creation. He holds Grade 8 certification from Trinity College London in Classical and Jazz Singing, Piano, and Theory of Music. Additionally, he completed a certification course in ‘Music Production and Sound Designing’ at Audio Media, Chennai. Currently, he is pursuing the prestigious AmusTCL Diploma in Composition from Trinity College London under the guidance of Bruce Baker in Auckland. As a singer and performer, he has received numerous awards and has recorded with many of the top playback singers. He is also one of the six voices featured in the world’s first Carnatic a cappella arrangement, “Brovabharama,” created by V. S. Narasimhan. With over 9 years of experience in teaching music, he has guided countless students to achieve high levels of success in graded exams from both the Associated Boards of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and Trinity College London. His innovative teaching methods have inspired many students, with several achieving distinctions in their exams. He is also a visiting faculty member for Western vocals at A. R. Rahman’s KM College of Music, where he shares his expertise with aspiring musicians, helping them refine their vocal techniques and develop their musical abilities.

JEROME S V FACULTY OF PRODUCTION ARTS / COMPOSITION Composer | Programmer | Arranger | Apple certified pro A versatile musician with extensive experience in the South Indian film industry. Having assisted in numerous films as a programmer and arranger, his ability to enhance and elevate musical scores has made him a sought-after collaborator. He has also composed music for a wide range of commercials, showcasing his adaptability and creative range across different mediums. Jerome’s contributions to cinema extend beyond assistance, as he was the composer for the Telugu film Case No. 30, a project that highlights his skill in creating compelling and emotive soundscapes. His proficiency spans multiple genres, and his innovative arrangements often include improvisational elements that reveal his deep musical intuition. Remarkably, Jerome is a self-taught musician whose deep musical knowledge shines through in his work. Despite not following a conventional academic path in music, he has developed a brilliant command over musical arrangements and improvisations, proving that passion and dedication can produce exceptional results. He holds a Grade 7 certification from Trinity College London, a testament to his formal achievements in music. In 2013, Jerome completed a specialized course in Music Production at Audio Media, Chennai, and became a certified Apple professional in Logic Pro, further enhancing his technical expertise. Alongside his musical pursuits, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, which gives him a broader understanding of the relationship between sound, visuals, and storytelling. Jerome’s blend of self-learning, formal training, and hands-on experience has made him a well-rounded and highly respected figure in the South Indian music industry.

VASANTH THARUN FACULTY OF ELECTRONIC MUSIC PRODUCTION / AUDIO ENGINNERING Music Composer | Producer | Songwriter Music composer, producer, and songwriter who has been actively creating music since 2018. He began his journey with FL Studio and later expanded his expertise by working with Cubase and Logic Pro. His diverse background in music production allows him to craft unique compositions, blending creativity with technical proficiency. Vasanth specialises in music production, background scoring, sound design, and mixing. His work focuses on producing professional-quality tracks that are both innovative and polished. Through his mastery of various digital audio workstations and his ability to navigate complex soundscapes, he brings a fresh and dynamic approach to music creation. His experience and knowledge make him a valuable mentor for aspiring music producers and composers.

PIANO / ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD DEPARTMENT

ARAVIND HARIHARAN FACULTY OF PIANO/ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD Aravind began showing a keen interest in music from a very young age. With a natural gift for aural skills, he quickly developed a passion for the piano and began his formal training at the renowned 4MMP Conservatoire. His early start and dedication to mastering the instrument laid a solid foundation for his musical journey. In addition to his musical pursuits, Aravind is also an Engineering graduate, showcasing his diverse talents and academic versatility. Despite his technical background, his passion for music never waned. In 2018, he returned to the 4MMP to undertake an Advanced Piano Course, refining his skills and deepening his understanding of music theory and performance techniques. Currently, Aravind is pursuing a diploma in Piano Performance from Trinity College London (TCL), further elevating his proficiency and artistry in piano. His commitment to continuous learning and development in both classical and contemporary piano styles reflects his deep dedication to his craft.

RISHI S P FACULTY OF ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD Rishi was introduced to music at a very young age, beginning his training in mridangam and tabla at the age of five. His early exposure to percussion led to numerous performances, where he collaborated with many Carnatic virtuosos in hundreds of concerts. His deep connection to rhythm and traditional music set the stage for his future endeavors. At the age of nine, Rishi expanded his musical repertoire by taking up the electronic keyboard. His dedication and talent culminated in achieving Grade 8 certification from Trinity College London by the age of 15. His background in both percussion and keyboard gives him a unique approach to music, combining traditional rhythms with modern electronic sounds.

SANTHOSH KUMAR FACULTY OF PIANO/ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD Composer | Audio Engineer | Musician Santhosh is a versatile composer, audio engineer, and musician with a rich musical background. Trained in both Carnatic and Hindustani music during his childhood, he developed a strong foundation in classical music that continues to influence his work. He also holds an 8th-grade certification in Piano from Trinity College London (TCL), further expanding his musical expertise. With over 13 years of experience as a live concert keyboardist, Santhosh has performed in numerous venues, showcasing his skill and passion for music. His professional journey also includes a diploma in audio engineering from Loyola, equipping him with the technical know-how to excel in both music production and sound engineering. Santhosh’s talents extend beyond music into visual storytelling. As a graduate in Visual Communication, he has directed and worked on several short films and led his college’s theatre group, demonstrating his creative vision and leadership in the performing arts. His diverse skill set makes him an asset in both music and multimedia production.

SANDHYA FACULTY OF CARNATIC STUDIES Sandhya is a talented singer, performer, and multi-instrumentalist with a deep-rooted passion for Carnatic music. She began her journey in Indian classical music at a very young age, gaining proficiency and experience through performances on prestigious platforms such as All India Radio (AIR) and Doordarshan. Her dedication to the art led her to earn a Master’s degree in Indian Music from Kerala University. In addition to her vocal talents, Sandhya is one of the finest Veena artists, showcasing her skills in this traditional string instrument. She also excels in playing the Carnatic keyboard, further broadening her musical expertise. As an experienced music teacher, she has been teaching students in the UAE, sharing her knowledge and passion for Carnatic music with the next generation of musicians.

HARINI R FACULTY OF CARNATIC STUDIES Harini began learning Carnatic music and Bharatanatyam at the age of seven from the renowned “Nattarasankottai Krishnan,” who also taught Mrs. Latha Rajinikanth and Mrs. Shoba Natarajan. This early training provided her with a solid foundation in the classical arts. She continued her Carnatic music lessons under Mrs. Pushpa, honing her skills and building her expertise in the tradition. With four years of experience teaching Carnatic music in both schools and private classes, Harini is an experienced educator, dedicated to passing on her knowledge to the next generation of musicians. Her familiarity with classical dance has further developed her strong sense of rhythm and tala, which she incorporates into her music teaching.

ARUNA VAITHIYANATHAN FACULTY OF CARNATIC STUDIES A Passionate vocalist, Started learning music at the age of 10 from Ms. S.V. Usha (who was also the teacher of indian playback singer Saindhavi ) & also learnt to sing devotional songs of various composers from Ms. S.V. Vasumathi to participate in bhajan competitions conducted by various sabhas including Bharath Vikas Parishad, Naradha gana sabha, bhakthaswara bhajan mandali, TTD etc. Winner of national award in a competition organised by Sangam Kala Group held at Delhi (Talakota Indoor stadium) in 2007. Jaya is an expert in teaching Indian music and wishes to share her musical knowledge to the passionate students.

SIDDHARTH SHYAM T S FACULTY OF ACOUSTIC & ELECTRIC GUITAR Siddharth’s musical journey is a testament to his versatility and passion. With a deep love for the guitar and a natural talent across multiple instruments, he honed his craft by achieving Grade 8 in Music Theory from Trinity College London. His expertise extends to arranging strings for film soundtracks, where his skill and creativity bring cinematic scores to life. Beyond his technical brilliance, Siddharth’s true calling lies in teaching. His genuine care for his students and his ability to blend global music knowledge with cutting-edge sound technology make his lessons truly inspiring. Siddharth’s approach goes beyond instruction—he nurtures a profound love for music and empowers each student to discover their unique voice. With warmth, dedication, and a wealth of expertise, Siddharth stands out as a mentor whose influence resonates far beyond the classroom, leaving a lasting impression on all who learn from him.
